Hi, I’m Megan, the person behind Orriginal Design. I started freelancing in 2019 after graduating with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Digital Art & Design, and since then I’ve worked across all sorts of creative projects, from branding and print design to illustration, photo editing and motion graphics.
I’ve always enjoyed the variety that comes with design. One week I’m putting together business cards or event posters, the next I’m editing product photography or working on digital content. I like figuring out what makes a project feel right and creating work that’s both eye catching and useful.
Alongside freelancing, I’ve also worked in more corporate environments, which has helped me build strong organisation and communication skills alongside the creative side of things. I’m always keen to learn new tools, try different styles and keep developing my skills.
Outside of work, I’m usually at a gig, playing D&D with my mates, or unsuccessfully trying to improve my skateboarding. I also share my workspace with two very lazy cats who spend most of their time sleeping through deadlines, although they somehow still get the final say on every design.
